This signature caesar is created with a house made dill & roasted garlic Worcestershire sauce, chipotle tabasco, Clamato, and 2 oz of Anejo Tequila. Rimmed with a specialty southwest chipotle seasoning and garnished with bacon, a chipotle lime prawn, pickle, lime wedge and dill sprig.
