Coming from the kitchen we have a nicely smoked jalapeno popper stuffed with pork and cream cheese, a big juicey all beef smoked hot dog and classic brisket double smoked burnt end! To top off the garnish we have house pickled asparagus and cucumbers. Now lets get down to the good stuff. Our house made sauces and ingredients really build the flavor of our Caesar. The fan favorite Smokeshow BBQ sauce, The new zesty peach mango BBQ sauce, The super spicey smokey hot and our home made pickle juice. For the final touch, the rimmer, we have sweet and spicey BBQ rib rub!
